(I posted this yesterday but it did not show up. So here it goes again...)
You say:
> The early morning hours are the best time to connect
> with Spirit, because in this society it is extremely
> difficult to be able to find free, quiet, solitary
> time, in the course of a day, because of the rather
> busy and demanding lifestyle that we live here in
> America.

If you truly believe in the Law Of Attraction, then whatever you are expeiencing in your life you are inviting in with your vibration. So if you are experiencing the lack of "free, quiet, solitary time, in the course of a day" then that is the tone you are setting and not because of the "busy and demanding lifestyle that we live here in America."

That is certainly not my experience and I do live here in America. And I am not at all interested in taking on the belief that "the only real time that you can find for solitary spiritual practice is in the morning." I thought that I get to decide how my life creates! ;^)

It could be more effective to express that this method of early morning spiritual practice has worked for you, and may be something that your readers could try, rather than implying that it is the only way that works.

Personally, I really love the late night hours for creating, meditating, and setting my vibration. I am not an early morning person, so what works for you is not my preference. I am glad that you have found what works so well for you, but please don't imply that any other time to meditate is less valuable. It is simply different for different people. The contrast is what makes this world so interesting!
